Tonight I was able to get CrossFit in right before the sun went down.
The view was pretty awesome. 🙂

10 Back Squats at 115 lbs
100 meter sprint
:30 Seconds of rest
In order to get the sprints in fast enough it was better to set the bar up at the in front of the gate to our home. That way I could drop the bar and hammer out the
100 meter sprint right away. That sprint was brutal after 10 back squats.
115 is not that much, but by round 3 it felt like
225. These are one of those WOD’s that are really sneaky.
