12 Week Challenge

Title29Fitness where I workout has created a 12 week challenge. To kick that off our teams got body scans today as well as a 12 week meal plan. And it’s going to be a huge challenge for sure! 80% in the kitchen, 20% in the gym. Looking at 1,801-2,025 calories each day. My macros and calories look like this in MyFitnessPal.

For the past week I have been working out at 5AM. That means getting up at 4:15AM! It’s been really, really good. Each day is a mix of CrossFit, strength, bands, boxing, kick boxing, and more.

Each team consists of 4 members, I know my team really well. 🙂 COR927 is my team’s name. (Corinthians 9:27). Points are awarded for social challenges, fat loss and more. Looking forward to crushing this challenge.
