CrossFit 17.4

Tonight I did really well! It helps to have the great folks at my box cheering for me. 17.4 is done and in the books. I got to the Handstand Push-Ups with 20 seconds left and just crashed. Whew!


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts, 225 lb.
55 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups
