Ketogenic Day Two
Today was even tougher than yesterday. Feeling the withdrawal from carbs and sugar big time. The hunger, which I am told goes away, is very hard to ignore. It kept me awake most of the night last night. It was not as much of a problem for the 8:00 AM CrossFit Class this morning as I thought it would be, and I had a lot of energy. It was a different feel running on empty, but it was not difficult.

400 Meter Run
200 Meter Farmer’s Carry (70lbs Kettle Bells)
30 Push Ups
Repeat 5 times
I had a few more calories today and that seem to help. I had two tablespoons of Peanut Butter and a handful of almonds in addition to my meals.
